Lol it’s actually a truly *awful* quality movie so that’s probably a good choice. Obviously when I was a kid I thought it was the most exciting, well put-together movie ever but hindsight is 20/20. 🙃
I enjoy every single thing I read of yours, Krista. You are always so thoughtful, so poetic. Fear has been a central theme of my writing and my life lately, particularly inherited fear. I found this to be so profound because it doesn't shame your mother or her mother or any of the women that came before you. It's a simple acknowledgment that some of this fear was not theirs to carry, nor is it ours. I'll be thinking about this one for a long time.
